Agile2Success founder and lead consultant is Jerry Edwards. Jerry is based in Raleigh, NC area and has provided Agile services to organizations worldwide.
Pragmatic coach, trainer, mentor and motivator to help software development projects and teams improve how they work. Experienced with software development life cycle processes, software configuration management, and Agile software development practices.

e Scrum foundation classes to more than 1000 engineers in previous work positions. Coached and facilitated teams to help with transitions and overcome challenges with adopting Agile and Scrum. Presented to management about Agile Scrum to provide executive overview, eliminate misconceptions about Agile, and to stimulate follow-on discussion on whether Agile is right for their projects. Listened to problems facing existing Agile teams and provided guidance to enable teams to solve within.
Jerry started and ran a programming consulting services company for over 15 years successfully developing application software for several electric utility clients. He moved on to work for Ericsson where he had several roles as software configuration manager, release and tools manager, and IT strategist to deploy common software life cycle processes and tools within the geographically distributed environment. Jerry became involved with Agile during these roles. Later, Jerry worked as a software trainer at NetApp where he developed a curriculum of Agile courses used worldwide for Agile software projects and teams.
Jerry’s broad experiences within software development provide clients with a pragmatic opportunity with improving their Agile adoptions.
